THE RETURN POLICY IS FOR 14 DAYS

the item must be in its original condition

in the condition that it was delivered (unworn, no signs of wear and/or damage)
especially for earrings, for hygiene & safety reasons, the item must be in its original protective clear bag, unopened
we ask that you include all of the original packaging
please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us if the item is damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we work with you to resolve the issue
items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted
at this time, exchanging services are not available ⏤ please return the product, following the process described below and create a new order for the new wanted product
unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards

we will send you a response as soon as possible, within 48 hours

once the return has been confirmed by hurwear

the item can be returned by
OPTION 1
using the shipping label provided by hurwear
please note that with this shipping label, a fee will be deducted from the refund
the return shipping label fee for a return address in Canada ⏤ 7 CAD
the return shipping label fee for a return address in US ⏤ 7 USD
or
OPTION 2
you can send the item with your own shipping label

the return package

if you are using the shipping label provided by hurwear ⏤ please use the original shipping package or a shipping package that isn't bigger than the package in which the product was received
please ensure that the shipping package is fully sealed to prevent the item from getting lost or damaged during transit
as a reference, please keep the tracking number

once the return item is received by hurwear

we will process the refund as soon as possible
please note that the whole process can take 7-10 days

original shipping fees

unfortunately, we are unable to return the original shipping fees paid when the item was originally ordered
